Wow, just wow. After having a failed experience here in town with another painting contractor
(wanted to redo the estimate on the start date), I contacted Rich to see if he could help me out.
He came out that day and did a walk through of my house and seemed very professional.
More professional than all the other painting contractors I worked with.

He gave me a quote which I was happy with, scheduled me in and not once did he change
the start date on me (previous contractor changed it 3 times). He came on time started
the project and was done very quickly.

After doing a walk through, I could not be happier with the quality of the project, and the color.

First, let me set the stage. Our house is 1855 sq. ft., a tri-level that sits on the side
of a mountain, so there was scaffolding involved, also, there was extensive woodpecker damage,
and wood rot. Not only did Rich, and the guys, make our house look gorgeous, they made it
look brand new! Polite, knowledgeable, and very conscientious, they treated the painting
of our house, as if it were their own. They painted samples, gave great advice, and made
sure that we would love the end result, which we do! They were also very thoughtful, in
regards to our dog, making sure that he would be able to go out, at the end of the day,
even making sure to stain the back porch and stairs, first thing in the morning, so that it
would all be dry that evening. They went above and beyond, working in inclement weather, and
even making sure to get the job done, when the scaffolding company didn’t put up all the
necessary scaffolding. Their attention to detail, made all the difference in the world,
like painting the house numbers, so they would look good. We just can’t say enough good
things about Rich, and the guys! We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a truly beautiful,
and professional paint job done on their home, by people who really care. Thank you so much,

Midwest painting exceed my expectations, they not only painted but also antiqued my kitchen
cabinets and redid my fire place. I received several est. There price was reasonable,
but what sold me was how professional he was and his crew.
As far as small jobs Richard actually painted my bathroom at first! So he does DO small jobs.

the wood trim, the wood siding, and the doors. After 30 minutes he said he would

Rich and his crew(Bryant, Oscar & Aaron) were one of the most thorough, thoughtful &
efficient crews I have ever dealt with. I am moving from San Francisco to Mentone this
month and they busted their A$$es to get my job done last night so the carpets can be
installed before my movers show up.

I have dealt with many paint crews in the city & no one has come close to the quality &
care of Midwest Painting.

We had an unfortunate robbery during their time at the house and they were so caring &
concerned that they stayed with my cat and the house until the sheriff showed up-then started
back up on the work, amazing. Rich also boarded up my kicked in doors & made a blockade out
of 2x4s where the robbers kicked/pried out the deadbolt.

The paint is beautiful, the cut lines are perfect and Rich did everything he said he
would do to perfection. If you want a fantastic paint job, call Midwest Paint.
Rich also ha excellent taste and is great with color. Not the usual paint contractor
who rushes through with no suggestions or ideas.

I am having them come back to paint the exterior of the house after the holidays.
I actually wish I had more jobs for Midwest Paint. Go Bears! 😉

Rich and his crew are the best! We hired Midwest to remove the popcorn from our interior rooms
and to paint the exterior stucco on our house. We also completed an extreme outdoor makeover by
adding an outdoor kitchen and firepit which we had Midwest also paint the stucco on both.

Fantastic experience.

I reached out to Richard via the internet and he came to give an estimate late on a Saturday.
He pointed out things that I hadn’t even noticed and then gave a verbal quote that he matched

We first used Midwest Painting California (not to be confused with Ohio) in 2011
on a residential house, complete painting inside and outside. I had researched painters
and interviewed about six for estimates as well as integrity. What I found was that most all
owners would not be available ON THE JOB. Most spoke poor to very poor English.
So communications would be painful so English was important. All these estimates were higher
then Midwest Painting owner Rich Morgan’s.

I had chosen the colors and one owner actually strongly argued with me and told me the colors
“did not go”. He said nobody puts beige and red together! I asked him to leave.

I was impressed with Rich from the first phone call. He encouraged me to get all the ests.
I needed and then he would “beat them all”. Pretty self-assured! He arrived on time and was
very cordial. I showed him the colors I had chosen and he was very complimentary, and yet
very nicely showed me how other combinations could work too. He is the first MAN I’ve met
that can see the undertones in color tints and has an eye for color combinations. I WAS IMPRESSED.
I know colors ….and so we hit it off. I like his sense of humor and friendliness.

His est. was comparable and just like he said, without knowing my other ests., – he beat them!
He was constantly on the job and HE ALSO painted along side his four man crew.
Everyone spoke English and each man was professional in his work and also friendly,
humorous and they all got along. As a woman, it was important to me that they be professional
and respectful – they exceeded my expectations.

They primed every surface and color painted TWICE. They filled holes, repaired stucco and
drywall, and cleaned everyday before leaving. Everyday they put in a full day and worked hard.
They finished in the est. time.

One day they needed to stay until 9:00 pm and didn’t take a dinner break.
My husband and I bought take-out and we had to insist they stop and eat.
At the end of the job, I felt like we were saying good bye to family.

I would recommend Rich / Midwest Painting without reservation! From the day he came to prepare
an estimate until the work was completed, he and his crew were very professional; always arriving
at the time stated, paying attention to detail, and cleaning up after themselves. Rich gave us,
what I felt was a very fair estimate. Our house was built in 1999 and had not been painted since.
The door frames and fascia were in need of TLC, as well as the California earthquake / settling cracks
in the stucco; not to mention the foam artistic details which the birds had pecked to use for their nests. His critical eye saw things I had not even noticed. Rich and his crew spent three long days prepping the house, before ever painting a drop. I was very impressed with Rich’s artistic eye and his suggestions for subtle color details. He suggested we remove the garage door window inserts to modernize the look of our house, Great Suggestion! After the work was completed, I was even more pleased with the estimate! Don’t be deceived by his youthful appearance; he brings a
